Who we are

Tara Kohler

PT, LIVE WELL Health Coach

Tara earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University in 2000 after completing her bachelor’s degree in psychology at Michigan State University. In 2024, she completed Live Well Health Coach training through Revelation Wellness.  She brings a comprehensive, holistic approach to physical therapy, treating the whole person regardless of their diagnoses.  She utilizes a variety of skilled interventions to address each patient’s unique needs.

Tara began working with Great Lakes Seminars in 2010, assisting with weekend courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation. This experience inspired her to develop and present vestibular rehabilitation and balance in-services for therapists in a variety of outpatient physical therapy clinics. She has also been a guest teacher on the topic of Vestibular Rehabilitation to Physical Therapy Assistant students at Schoolcraft College.

Since 2010, Tara has shared her passion for vestibular rehabilitation by mentoring therapists in outpatient, inpatient rehab and acute-care settings. She has taken on leadership roles in developing balance programs for outpatient clinics and currently leads a vestibular program within her organization.

Tara is committed to helping patients improve their balance, mobility, confidence, and overall quality of life through compassionate, evidence-informed care. In her spare time, Tara enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter. Her favorite ways to stay active include playing tennis, mountain biking, hiking, running, yoga and strength training.

Architect | Maker

Keith Kohler

Keith brings 25 years of experience with Kohler Architecture and a lifelong appreciation for the ways thoughtful design can enrich people’s lives. As the son of an architect, he developed an early curiosity about the built environment—a curiosity that continues to shape his work across educational, civic, industrial, religious, and residential projects. His broad experience and creative perspective help him recognize possibilities within each project’s challenges.

Keith values the relationships at the heart of architecture, working closely with clients and team members to turn shared aspirations into meaningful spaces. His commitment to design extends to education: he taught architectural design at Lawrence Technological University for ten years and has served as a guest juror for student work at the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois.

Beyond architecture, Keith is a sculptor and ultrarunner who has completed five 100-mile races, including the Leadville Trail 100. With 18 years in recovery, he brings a personal appreciation for perseverance, growth, and human connection to his life and work. Whether designing a building, creating a sculpture, or pursuing a finish line, Keith approaches each endeavor with curiosity, purpose, and enthusiasm.
